Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Lioriv (whether joining our waitlist, purchasing a Founding Membership, or interacting with the Orb), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please do not use our services.

We are a pre-launch company based in India. These terms govern your relationship with us as we build the platform.

Lioriv is an AI-powered wellness companion designed for informational and educational purposes only. The insights generated by the Orb, including responses to dietary queries on the waitlist or within the app, are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or dietary requirements. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on Lioriv.

Description of service

Lioriv is developing an AI wellness companion designed to offer personalized, non-clinical insights based on your dietary inputs and interactions. Currently, we offer:

  • A waitlist for early access to the platform
  • A preview of the AI engine through the waitlist signup process
  • Founding Memberships for lifetime access to the service upon launch

Because we are in active development, features and capabilities may change, evolve, or be removed as we refine the experience.

Waitlist and referrals

When you join the Lioriv waitlist, you are assigned a position in the queue. You may improve your position by sharing your unique referral link.

  • Movement: When someone joins via your referral link, you may move up in the queue.
  • No Guarantees: A position on the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform by any specific date. We will admit users in waves as our infrastructure allows.
  • Fair Play: Attempting to game the waitlist system through bots, fake emails, or automated signups will result in removal from the waitlist entirely.

User accounts & responsibilities

While full accounts will be available at launch, any information you provide us now (such as your email or name) must be accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any links, codes, or communication we send you. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Founding Memberships

We offer a limited number of Founding Memberships for a one-time fee. These include lifetime access to the Lioriv platform, an exclusive founder badge, and priority access to new features.

  • Lifetime Access: "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Lioriv service. Should Lioriv cease operations, the membership concludes.
  • Refunds: Founding Memberships are refundable up to 14 days after the official launch of the platform if you are unsatisfied with the product.

Intellectual property

The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code (including the Orb's visual rendering), and all other elements of Lioriv are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lioriv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
  • Any content or insights obtained from the service, particularly regarding nutritional or wellness advice

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Lioriv expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
